So I am reading a Longhorn backup white paper and a note caught me off guard.
"Tape is no longer a supported type of media. Supported media types are hard disk, DVD, and remote shared folders."
I wonder if Microsoft actually gets that tapes are old unreliable technology, or if it is something to do with Symantec's lawsuit?
